JUDGEMENT

(1.) This writ appeal is listed to consider I.A.No.4/2018, which is filed by caveator respondent No.3 for early hearing.

(2.) Nevertheless, we have heard learned counsel for the respective parties on the merits of the matter.

(3.) The appellant herein was the petitioner in W.P.No.100208/2018. By order dated 09.01.2018, the learned Single Judge dismissed the writ petition with cost of Rs.2,000.00 payable to the Advocates' Association Library Fund, High Court of Karnataka, Dharwad Bench, Dharwad. Being aggrieved by the dismissal of the writ petition, the petitioner has filed this appeal.
