JUDGEMENT

(1.) This appeal by plaintiffs is directed against judgment and decree dated 31.01.2007, dismissing O.S.No.13/1998 on the file of Principal Civil Judge (Sr.Dn) and CJM, Udupi.

(2.) Heard Shri A.Ananda Shetty and Shri N.Rajashekar, learned Counsel for the appellants and Shri Sampath Anand Shetty, learned Counsel for the respondent.
