JUDGEMENT

(1.) Basically there are four MVC cases on the file of the Senior Civil Judge and Additional MACT, Holalkere. First one is MVC No.288/2011, has given birth for two appeals.

(2.) Mfa No.6570/2014 is by the claimant seeking enhancement of compensation from Rs.6,70,000/- together with interest at the rate of 6%. Next one is owner's appeal in MFA No.5845/2013. He seeks for saddling of liability of entire amount on the Insurance Company on the lorry, MVC No.185/2011 which gives rise to two appeals, one is claimant's appeal MFA No.6351/2013 seeking for enhancement from Rs.7,10,000/- and the next appeal in MFA No.5844/2013 is by the owner of the lorry for saddling of liability to insurer.

(3.) The next one is MFA No.7423/2013 (MVC No.331/2011) by the injured for enhancement from Rs.5,750/-.
