JUDGEMENT

(1.) M.F.A. Nos.2471/2017 has been filed by the owner of the vehicle against the judgment and award dated 27.01.2017 passed in MVC No.3825/2012 on the file of the III Additional Senior Civil Judge, MACT., Bengaluru (SCCH- 18) awarding compensation of Rs.17,90,000/- with interest @ 9% per annum from the date of petition till deposit.

(2.) M.F.A. No.2472/2017 has been filed by the owner of the vehicle against the judgment and award dated 27.01.2017 passed in MVC No.8038/2012 on the file of the III Addl. Senior Civil Judge, Court of Small causes, Bengaluru to pay the damage of Maruti Omni vehicle.

(3.) M.F.A. No.3578/2017 has been filed by the claimant against the judgment and award dated 27.01.2017 passed in MVC No.3825/2012 on the file of the III Additional Senior Civil Judge and Court of Small Causes MACT., Bengaluru (SCCH-18), partly allowing the claim petition for compensation and seeking enhancement of compensation.
