JUDGEMENT

(1.) In view of the submissions made, the office objection is waived.

(2.) Having heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned AGA appearing for the respondents, it appears just and proper to dispose of this petition at this stage itself.

(3.) The relevant aspects of the present matter are that the petitioner had made an application for grant of quarrying lease/licence for quarrying building stone over an extent of 12.00 acres of land in survey No.199 at Devarayasamudra village, Mulabagal Taluk, Kolar District, on 14.03.2014. The respondent No.4 issued the endorsement dated 20.06.2017/18.12.2017 rejecting the application made by the petitioner. The petitioner preferred revision application against such endorsement. The Revisional Authority, by the order dated 02.02.2018, directed the authorities concerned to reconsider the application made by the petitioner in accordance with law. On such direction by the Revisional Authority, the endorsement dated 24.03.2018 has been issued, again rejecting the application made by the petitioner.
