(1.) The above said two appeals are filed calling in question the common order passed by Senior Civil Judge, M.A.C.T.-VI Kudligi, in M.V.C. No.1060/2012.

(2.) M.F.A. No.100733/2014 is filed by respondents No.1 and M.F.A. No.24956/2013 is filed by respondent No.5.

(3.) For the purpose of convenience, the parties are referred to as per their ranks before the Court below.
