The Karnataka Appellate Tribunal, Bengaluru, on 05.02.2016 in Appeal No.385/2013 filed by the writ petitioners-Dr.Vinay B.N. and his wife Ms.M.S.Bhargavi against the Respondents-BBMP, has remanded the matter back to the Respondents-BBMP to dispose of the same afresh in accordance with law after giving an opportunity of hearing to the present petitioners.
