JUDGEMENT

(1.) Defendants 1 & 2 in O.S.No.4/2011 have come up in this second appeal impugning the concurrent findings of both the courts below in declaring property bearing Door No.821/8C (821/30) measuring 30' x 70' with schedule as shown in the suit, is the absolute property of plaintiffs 1 to 3 in the said suit.

(2.) This second appeal is coming up for admission in the presence of Sri Ashok Haranahalli, learned Senior Counsel appearing for the appellants, Sri S.Shaker Shetty, learned Counsel appearing respondents 1 & 3, and Sri R.Gopal, learned Counsel appearing for respondent No.2.
