JUDGEMENT

(1.) Union of India, has challenged common order dated 22.02.2017 in O.A.No.170/00418 and 419/2016 on the file of Central Administrative Tribunal, Bangalore Bench ('CAT' for short).

(2.) For the sake of convenience, parties shall be referred to as per their status before the CAT.

(3.) We have heard Smt H.R.Anitha, learned Counsel for the petitioners and Shri A.R.Holla, learned Counsel for Caveator/respondents No.1 and 2.
