JUDGEMENT

(1.) This appeal by plaintiff is directed against order dated 17.2.2018 in O.S.No.8286/2017 on the file of XXX Additional City Civil and Sessions Judge, Bengaluru, rejecting his application, IA No.1, filed under Order 39 Rules 1 and 2 of Code of Civil Procedure.

(2.) Heard Shri B.V.Acharya, learned Senior Counsel for appellant and Shri Udaya Holla, learned Senior Counsel for Caveator/Respondent No.1.
