JUDGEMENT

(1.) Heard the learned Sr.Counsel Sri Adithya Sondhi with Sri Vivek Holla, appearing for petitioner, learned HCGP and the learned counsel appearing for private respondents.

(2.) A copy of the order passed in similar case in No.Civil Appeal No.2166/2009 is produced wherein, in similar circumstances, the Hon'ble Apex Court was pleased to set aside the orders of the competent authority as being beyond the reasonable time.

(3.) Learned Sr.Counsel would take this Court to various dates pertaining to the grant and conveyance of the land involved herein.
