(2.) This petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for quashing the proceedings in C.C.No.864/2017 pending before JMFC-II Court Bidar. Respondent No.1 Lakshmi w/o Gnaneshwar filed P.C.No.42/2017 before JMFC-II Court under Section 200 Cr.P.C. against the petitioners and eight others seeking their prosecution for the offences punishable under Sections 494 and 109 read with Section 149 IPC.

(3.) For the purpose of convenience the petitioners will be referred with their ranks before the trial Court.
