(1.) Called again in the afternoon.

(2.) A perusal of the order sheet go to show that in this appeal of the year 2014, on the previous several dates of hearing consecutively, there is no representation in the appeal.

(3.) The order sheet dated 15.2.2018, 22.2018, 30.5.2018, 19.6.2018, 5.7.2018, 30.7.2018 and 27.8.2018, shows that there was no representation from the appellant's side on all those dates of hearing.
