JUDGEMENT

(1.) The present appeal has been filed by the appellants/claimants assailing the judgment and award dated 30.04.2015 passed by the Additional Senior Civil Judge & MACT-VI, Jamkhandi, in MVC.No.249/2014.

(2.) We have heard the learned counsel for the appellants as well as respondent Nos.1 and 2.

(3.) The accident in question so also the vehicle bearing registration No.KA.29/A-1385 insured with respondent No.2 is not in dispute.
