JUDGEMENT

(1.) The petitioner-M/s. Base Systems Pvt. Ltd. in all the above cases, has approached this court seeking quashing of the entire proceedings in C.C.NO. 21126/2015, C.C.NO.20240/2015, C.C.NO. 20242/2015, C.C.NO. 20247/2015 respectively pending on the file of the XXV ACMM, Bengaluru.

(2.) The representative of respondent-M/s. Capital First Ltd. and its counsel have remained absent before this court.
