JUDGEMENT

(1.) The Commissioner, Ramnagar-Channapatna Urban Development Authority ('RUDA' for short), has preferred this appeal assailing order dated 21.07.2017 in Writ Petition No.49370/2015 passed by the Hon'ble Single Judge, directing the appellant to execute the registered Sale Deed in respect of a site allotted in favour of the 1st respondent- writ petitioner.

(2.) For the sake of convenience, parties shall be referred to as per their status in the writ petition.
