JUDGEMENT

(1.) The plaintiffs in O.S.No.401/2011 on the file of the I Additional Senior Civil Judge, Bengaluru Rural District, have preferred this appeal challenging the order dated 26.04.2018, passed on I.A.No.V filed under Order 7 Rule 11(a) and (d) read with Section 151 of CPC.

(2.) We have heard the learned counsel for the appellants and the respondents at the stage of admission.

(3.) The parties are referred to with respect to their position in the suit.
