(1.) THESE appeals are against the judgment in W. P. No. 16378 of 1992 by four members of a society by name "the Nurserymen co-operative Society Limited", Lalbagh, Bangalore.

(2.) W. P. No. 20301 of 1994 is to review the order dated 13-4-1994 passed in M. L. Nagaraj and Others v State of karnataka and Others.

(3.) W. A. (FR) No. 3386 of 1994 is by the State against the order of the learned Single Judge in W. P. No. 16378 of 1992.
