JUDGEMENT

(1.) Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned High Court Government Pleader for the respondent - Police.

(2.) Petition is filed under Section 438 of Cr.P.C. by seeking anticipatory bail to the petitioners for their release in the event of arrest in crime No.339/2015 (C.C.No.204/2017) of Yadgiri Town Police Station for the offence punishable under Section 420 of IPC.

(3.) The complaint is lodged by one A.B. Hosamani on 04.02.2013. It is stated that Santh Kabir Education institution was started under the presidency of T.M. Bhavikatti and it is running various education courses and institutions including Sri Gangadhar Bukkaprabhu High School. Smt.Geeta Pandurang is the principal of the said institution. The said education institution is also running Blue Star Art University, Yadgir.
