(1.) The present appeal has been preferred by the appellant/claimant assailing the judgment and award passed by the III Additional Judge and MACT, Bengaluru (SCCH-18), (hereinafter referred to as 'the Tribunal' for short) in MVC. No. 2475/2008 dated 20.02.2010.
