JUDGEMENT

(1.) The parties herein are referred to as per their rankings before the Trial Court.

(2.) These writ petitions are filed by the defendants against the order dated 28-12-2016 passed on I.A. No. 3 in O.S. No. 8718 of 2016 on the file of Presiding Officer, Vacation Judge, City Civil Court, Bangalore, restraining the defendants from using the song HEY WHO ARE YOU in the movie KIRIK PARTY which is said to have been copied from the plaintiff's song MADHYA RATRILI till next date of hearing.
