(1.) Though the petition is listed for taking steps to respondent No.2, the need for appearance of respondent No.2 in the present circumstance is not necessary. Hence, notice to respondent No.2 is dispensed.
(2.) The petitioner is before this Court seeking that his possession be protected and the order at Annexure-A obtained by the respondent No.1 not to be implemented to disturb his possession. This Court, at the first instance had granted the interim order protecting the possession of the petitioner.
(3.) The respondents have filed their objection statement and have disputed the claim of the petitioner. In the objection statement, it is also contended that the petitioner has the alternate remedy of appeal.
