JUDGEMENT

(1.) I am the appellant in the above case and well conversant with the facts of the case and accordingly I am swearing to this affidavit.

(2.) I submit that this Hon'ble Court was pleased to grant time to vacate the schedule premises till 31.12017 and to hand over vacant possession of the schedule property to the 1st respondent.

(3.) I hereby undertake to handover the vacant possession of the schedule property to the 1st respondent on or before 31.12.2017.
