JUDGEMENT

(1.) The General Manager, KSRTC. has filed this appeal, against the impugned judgment and award passed by the Tribunal in MVC. No. 1788/2009 dated 19-11-2010, awarding compensation of Rs.95,000/- with interest at 6% per annum. Hence, this appeal amongst the grounds urged therein.
