JUDGEMENT

(1.) This petition is filed by the petitioners/accused Nos.3 and 4 under Section 439 of Cr.P.C., seeking regular bail in Crime No.105/2017 of New Town P.S., registered for the offences punishable under Sections 143, 147, 341, 302, 504, 506 R/W Section 149 of IPC.

(2.) Brief facts leading to filing of the complaint are that, on 23-05-2017 at about 9.30 p.m., the son of the complainant Mohammed Junaid Ahmed was returning to his house in his car in KHB Colony, Bidar and at that time a marriage procession was going on in the same street and the people in the said procession did not give way to Car of Mohammed Junaid Ahmed and thereby quarrel took place and Prashant Dange, Anil Beldar, Anil Dange and Pramila Dange assasulted Mohammed Junaid Ahmed with their fists and kicked him by throwing him on the ground and a complaint was came to be registered as against the accused persons. On the basis of the complaint, a case has been registered against the petitioner.

(3.) I have heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned High Court Government Pleader appearing for respondent-State.
