JUDGEMENT

(1.) This petition is filed by the petitioner-accused No. 6 under Section 439 of Cr.P.C. seeking his release on bail of the offences punishable under Sections 143, 147, 148, 323, 324, 341, 114, 504, 506 and 302 read with Section 149 of IPC registered in respondent Police Station Crime No. 159/2015.

(2.) I have heard the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner-accused No. 6 and the learned High Court Government Pleader appearing for the respondent-State.

(3.) During the course of arguments, learned Counsel for the petitioner brought to the notice of this Court that the other accused persons namely, accused Nos. 4 and 5 have been already granted bail by the order of this Court in Cri. P. No. 5209/2017 dated 10.10.2017.
