JUDGEMENT

(1.) THIS is defendant's second appeal under Section 100 of the civil Procedure Code.

(2.) THE respondent-plaintiff filed the suit against the appellant-defendant for declaration that he is the tenant and praying that the defendant should be ejected from the portion of the suit schedule premises consisting of two rooms.

(3.) THE Trial Court decreed the plaintiffs suit.
