JUDGEMENT

(1.) Both the advocates submitted that the matter may be heard finally on merits itself. Accordingly arguments on the final merits of the revision are heard and the revision is disposed of finally.

(2.) This is a revision by the Judgment Debtor against the order dated 14-3-85 passed by the Civil Judge, Puttur, Dakshina Kannada in Ex. case No. 17/85, issuing the warrant for delivery of possession.

(3.) The respondents in the present revision were the plaintiffs in O.S 16/79 on the file of the Civil Judge, Puttur. The present revision petitioner was defendant No. 5 in the said suit.
