(1.) Heard Sri.Srinivas B.Naik, learned counsel appearing for appellant-Lokayuktha and Sri.Ganpathi M. Bhat, learned counsel appearing for respondent-accused, at the admission stage on the merits of the matter.

(2.) The Lokayuktha-Gadag is the appellant challenging the Judgment of acquittal dtd. 31/10/2017 passed in SVC No.5/2012.
