JUDGEMENT

(1.) The petitioner, the sole accused, husband of the 2nd respondent is before the Court calling in question proceedings in C.C.No.52473 of 2026 registered for the offences punishable under Ss. 108, 62, 85 and 352 of the BNS pending before the XI Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Bengaluru.

(2.) Heard Sri. Ranganath Reddy R, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, Sri. B. N. Jagadeesha, learned Additional State Public Prosecutor appearing for respondent No.1 and Sri.Devaraja B, learned counsel appearing for respondent No.2.
