JUDGEMENT

(1.) In this petition, petitioner seeks the following reliefs:

This petition by the defendant No.3 in O.S.No. 1307/2023 is directed against the impugned order dtd. 3/1/2026 passed by the X Additional City Civil and Sessions Judge, Bangalore, whereby the applications, IA Nos. 4 and 7 filed by the plaintiff to implead some lis pendens/pendente lite purchasers as additional defendants 8 to 14 was allowed by the trial Court.
