JUDGEMENT

(1.) The petitioner's grievance is that despite allotment of the site, the sale deed is not being executed in her favour.

(2.) Sri M.S.Rajendra Prasad, the learned Senior counsel appearing for Smt.B.M.Nagaveena for the petitioner submits that the petitioner's representation, dated 05.11.2015 (Annexure -A) in this regard has remained unconsidered.

(3.) Sri Vivek Yaragal, the learned counsel appearing for the respondent No.1 submits that the said site allotment in question is in Arkavathi layout. Because of some chunks of the land being withdrawn from the acquisition, it has not been possible for the respondent to take a decision in the matter.
