JUDGEMENT

(1.) These appeals are filed challenging the judgment and award dated 13th November, 2013 passed in MVC No.1014/2009 by the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Bengaluru (for short 'Tribunal').

(2.) Since the judgment and award passed by the Tribunal has been challenged by the KSRTC as well as the claimant, both the appeals are clubbed together and disposed of by this common judgment.

(3.) The rank of the parties are referred to as per the ranking before the Tribunal.
