JUDGEMENT

(1.) This is an appeal by the claimants seeking enhancement of compensation awarded by the Tribunal.

(2.) It is a case of death of one K.Parameshwar Adiga in a road traffic accident. His wife and two minor children filed a claim petition before the MACT, Kundapura, seeking compensation under Section 166 of the M.V. Act from the insurer and owner of the vehicle involved in the accident.

(3.) With the consent of learned counsel appearing for the parties, the appeal is heard and disposed of finally at the stage of admission itself.
