(1.) A memo dtd. 5/7/2016 is preferred by the counsel for the respondents to place on record the fact of demise of the sole appellant.

(2.) It is stated that the appellant passed away, on 16/10/2014 and despite passage of time permitted under law, no steps have been taken to bring on record, the LR's of deceased appellant. Hence, the appeal stands abated.
