(2.) Petitioners are seeking for quashing of the order dated 17.07.2015 passed by the Civil Judge and JMFC at Bhalki, in Criminal Miscellaneous No. 492/2015 and for quashing of the entire criminal proceedings pending in Criminal Miscellaneous No. 492/2015.
