JUDGEMENT

(1.) This appeal by the appellant claimant is directed against the judgment and award dated 22nd November 2011, passed by the Fast Track Court-III at Dharwad in MVC No.838/2010.

(2.) By the impugned judgment and award, the Tribunal has granted compensation of Rs.4,88,000/- with interest at the rate of 6% p.a. from the date of petition till the date of realization.

(3.) Aggrieved by that, the appellant claimant has filed this appeal seeking enhancement.
