(1.) Heard Sri.C.H. Jadhav, learned Senior Advocate appearing for the petitioners and learned State Public Prosecutor.
(2.) These three petitions are heard and disposed of together having regard to the common grounds urged in the petitions.
(3.) Criminal Petition No.2813/16 is filed by accused No.29, Criminal Petition No.2815/16 is filed by accused No.39 and Criminal Petition No.2817/16 is filed by accused No.20. The background of the case is that these petitioners were said to have visited the restaurant known as Lais Family Bar and Restaurant situated on Church Street, Bangalore. It transpires that they were present in the restaurant on 10.7.2015 at about 9.00 p.m. It is stated that they were in the process of having drinks and food. It transpires that there were 36 scantily dressed females on the dancing floor dancing around and these petitioners apart from drinking and enjoying their food were hurling currency notes at them and enticing them for other immoral activities.
