JUDGEMENT

(1.) This appeal by the appellant-claimant is directed against the judgment and award dated 6.5.2014, passed by the II-Additional Senior Civil Judge & Addl. MACT, Belgaum, in MVC No.2228/2011.

(2.) By the impugned judgment and award, the Tribunal has granted compensation of Rs.5,73,920/- with interest at 6% p.a. from the date of petition till the date of realization.

(3.) Aggrieved by that, the appellant-claimant has filed this appeal seeking enhancement.
