JUDGEMENT

(1.) Though this matter is posted for orders, the same is taken up for final disposal with the consent of the learned counsel appearing for both the parties.

(2.) The Tribunal, by its judgment and award has awarded a sum of Rs. 7,88,500/ - under different heads with interest at 6% per annum from the date of petition till the date of realization, on account of the death of the deceased Sri. Ranganath, in the road traffic accident.
