JUDGEMENT

(1.) ONE T. N. Gowramma, the mother of the deceased Shivashankar is before this Court in this appeal, questioning the dismissal of the claim petition filed by her before the Commissioner for Workmen's compensation, Tumkur.

(2.) THE main grievance of the appellant is that the Commissioner has dismissed the claim application on the ground that the appellant was not dependent upon her deceased son.

(3.) 1 have heard the learned counsel for the appellant. The learned counsel for the respondents are absent.
