JUDGEMENT

(1.) Aggrieved by the order passed on IA No.IX in OS No.611/2014 by the City Civil Judge at Bengaluru(CCH-15), defendant No.6 has preferred WP No. 47866/2019 and defendant No.3 has preferred WP No.40423/2019.

(2.) For the sake of convenience, parties are referred to as per their status before the Trial Court.
