JUDGEMENT

(1.) The petitioners/accused Nos.2 to 12 are at the doors of this Court calling in question proceedings in C.C.No.2833 of 2023, pending before the JMFC-II Court, Belagavi, arising out of crime in Crime No.46 of 2023, registered for offences punishable under Ss. 109 , 120B , 143 , 307 , 323 , 324 , 343 , 377 , 498A , 504 and 506 r/w. 149 of the Indian Penal Code .

(2.) Heard Sri Neelendra D. Gunde, learned counsel appearing for the petitioners, Sri Sharad V.Magadum, learned Additional Government Advocate appearing for respondent No.1 and Sri V.M. Sheelvant and Sri M.L.Vanti, learned counsel appearing for respondent No.2.
