JUDGEMENT

(1.) The petitioner is before this Court seeking the following prayers:

(2.) Heard Shri Lakshmikanth K., learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Shri Aditya Singh, learned Central Government Counsel appearing for the respondent.

(3.) Shri Aditya Singh, learned Central Government Counsel appearing for the respondent submits that there are three crimes in which charge sheets are filed against the petitioner. Therefore, the petitioner would not become entitle to a regular passport.
