JUDGEMENT

(1.) Heard learned counsel for the appellant and learned counsel for the respondents.

(2.) The appellant has filed this appeal for enhancement of compensation being aggrieved by the judgment and award passed by the XIX Additional Senior Civil Judge and MACT, Bangalore (for short the 'Tribunal') in MVC.No.3567/2016 dtd. 16/3/2018 whereby the Tribunal has granted total compensation of Rs.23,71,157.00 with an interest at 7.5% p.a. (excluding future medical expenses) from the date of petition till it's realization.

(3.) For the sake of convenience, the parties are referred to as per their rankings before the Tribunal.
