JUDGEMENT

(1.) The petitioners are before this Court challenging an order dtd. 27/8/2024 issued by the 3rd respondent, by which the claim of the petitioners to get cash award in terms of two Government orders is declined.

(2.) Heard Sri Arnav A. Bagalwadi, learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and Sri Mohammed Jaffar Shah, learned Additional Government Advocate appearing for respondents 1 to 3.
