JUDGEMENT

(1.) The petitioner is before this Court calling in question initiation of proceedings pursuant to registration of Enforcement Case Information Report ('ECIR') arising out of predicate offence in Crime No.11 of 2024.

(2.) Heard Sri C.V. Nagesh, learned senior counsel appearing for the petitioner and Sri Arvind Kamath, learned Additional Solicitor General of India appearing for the respondent.
