JUDGEMENT

(1.) Accused in Crime No.60/2024 registered by Mangalore Women Police Station, Mangalore, Dakshina Kannada District for offences punishable under Ss. 417, 376(2)(n), 506 of IPC and Sec. 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act, is before this court under Sec. 439 of Cr.P.C. seeking regular bail.

(2.) Heard the learned counsel for the parties.

(3.) FIR in Crime No.60/2024 was registered by Mangalore Women Police Station, Mangalore, Dakshina Kannada District against the petitioner herein initially for offences punishable under Ss. 417, 376(2)(n) and 506 of IPC on the basis of the first information dtd. 6/6/2024 received from the victim lady aged about 27 years.
