JUDGEMENT

(1.) Both these appeals arise out of judgment and award dtd. 22/11/2019, passed by the Prl.Senior Civil Judge and MACT, Chikkamagaluru, (for short, 'Tribunal'), in MVC.No.416/2018.

(2.) MFA.No.3105/2020 is filed by the claimant seeking enhancement of compensation and MFA.No.3636/2020 is filed by the Corporation challenging the judgment and award passed by the Tribunal.

(3.) Both these appeals arise out of common judgment and award and hence, they are taken up together for disposal.
