JUDGEMENT

(1.) This second appeal is by the plaintiff in the suit, challenging the concurrent Judgment and Decree of the Courts below in dismissing the suit brought for the relief of permanent injunction.

(2.) I have heard learned counsel for the appellant and perused the Judgment and Decree of the Courts below.
